Franklin hosts third annual Harvest Festival
F RANKLIN -- Franklin residents are invited to celebrate the Harvest Season at the Franklin Downtown Partnership's third annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 1 to 5 p.m. The festival will feature 80 vendors and farmers, train rides, music, a jumaparoo, games and a sidewalk sale.
